As the year comes to a close, our intentions focus on reflection and being mindful as we gather with family and friends.

January is the time for new beginnings and naturally a time to set new goals and intentions.  For this month, we (along with everyone else who is watching Marie Kondo's Tidying Up), are focusing on Detox.  A detox of the mind, body, and soul - and HOME.  Because less is more and we don't need extra baggage for our journey.
